MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE: A BETTER WAY TO TRAIN FOR LIFE

I’ve spent my entire career helping people move better, feel better, and live longer.
But here’s the truth: I work out because I want to live longer.

I’ve been in the world of movement for over 25 years—as a physical therapist, coach, and lifelong student of how the body adapts. I’ve watched clients recover from injuries and come back stronger than ever. I’ve also seen what happens when we let strength and mobility fade—it doesn’t happen overnight. It happens gradually, until simple things like climbing stairs or playing with your kids start to feel harder than they should.

That’s why I started Form and Fitness. Because exercise, nutrition, and recovery aren’t just about how you look—they’re about how you live. Our mission is to help you stay active, strong, and pain-free for life.

We call it training for longevity—the art and science of helping your body do what it was made to do, for as long as possible. Every program we offer, from One-on-One Personal Training to Small Group Coaching, is designed around that philosophy. You’ll work with experienced coaches who understand movement, form, and function. We’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that makes sense for your body and goals—not someone else’s.

Every workout at Form & Fitness is booked by appointment, and if you miss one, we’ll reach out to make sure everything is okay and help you get back on track.

We always cap enrollment at six participants so that we can ensure everyone gets the attention they need to be safe, effective, and stay motivated!

We cap our small groups at six participants to ensure everyone receives the individualized attention needed to train safely, effectively, and stay motivated.

Because every person follows a workout tailored to their unique needs, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels — including beginners.

No — we offer sessions throughout the day, from early morning to evening.
