SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Not everyone needs 1-on-1 training and not everyone feels comfortable in a bigger group. For those who fall in-between, we offer small group training. In an intimate group of just a few people, you’ll get group instruction with plenty of individual attention.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Sessions are limited to 4 participants per coach, which allows our coaches to focus on each participant’s proper form and technique through strength movements.
In these sessions, you will train using the same methods as our coaches, pushing your limits to achieve greater strength and improve your movement and endurance over time. You’ll experience a comprehensive approach to fitness that challenges you to become the best version of yourself.

Resistance training forms the cornerstone of any good exercise program.
Corrective & Preventative Training
F&F's correction and prevention component of training will address any problem areas you many have.
Appropriate Cardiovascular Exercise
Only the correct amount of cardio work at the correct intensity will work for your goals.
