Senior Strong: Strength training classes specifically for older adults.

Form and Fitness offers SilverSneakers®, the nation’s leading exercise program for active older adults who are Medicare eligible. This innovative program provides opportunities for seniors to improve their fitness, health, and well-being.

  • SilverSneakers® classes are designed specifically for the unique health and physical needs of older adults.
  • Taught by certified instructors, classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Raised in the gym as an elite gymnast, I bring that passion and dedication to helping seniors achieve their fitness goals. My background in Biomedical Sciences and Marketing, combined with certifications in personal training, nutrition, and corrective exercise, equips me to provide expert guidance. I specialize in injury recovery and creating enjoyable, effective fitness plans. Beyond the gym, I enjoy travel, reading, and spending time with my French Bulldog. Let’s get moving!
