STRENGTH

HIIT & Strength – A Combination of high-intensity cardio intervals mixed with strength movements using dumbbells Muscle Conditioning: Strength building class designed for gaining muscle and increasing muscle tone.
Power: Higher rep, lower weight mini barbell and dumbbell strength-building class designed for muscle

CARDIO

Step and Strength– A 4-12 inch raised platform is used to step up, around, and down in different patterns to boost heart rate and breathing while strengthening muscles.

Spin Sprint 30: 💥 30 minutes of pure cardio fire! Maximize your heart rate with high-intensity intervals, speed drills, and dynamic movements. The perfect complement to your strength training.

Sprint Endurance 45: 💪 Conquer the climb! This 45-minute class focuses on speed, endurance, and climbing simulations, perfect for cyclists looking to stay sharp during the winter months.

Sprint +45: The ultimate full-body burner! 45 minutes of high-intensity intervals on the bike, followed by strength training with bands and dumbbells.

Kickboxing. Using upright heavy bags basic boxing and kickboxing techniques will be used to elevate heart rate and increase muscular endurance.
WERQ– If you love to dance, this class is for you! Get your groove on with current top 20 pop and hip-hop music in the 60-minute class!
Zumba. Energy-boosting cardio dance class, filled with Latin-inspired music and routines!

MOBILITY & CORE

Barre -Inspired by elements from ballet, pilates, and yoga to increase core stability, flexibility, and mobility using high intensity but low-impact movements.
Core: a 30-minute class designed to increase overall balance, core strength, and stability.
Mobility: workouts that focus on exercises that improve your range of motion, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Pilates Mat: A high-intensity core building class with small controlled movements designed to align, tone, and lengthen muscles.
Yoga Slow Flow: A gentle, slower-paced style of yoga focused on sequencing poses with breath and creating a relaxed yet focused state of mind.
Yoga Vinyasa Flow: Beginner to intermediate yoga flow pattern with clear direction and modifications given.
Yoga Alignment: Practice focused on correct joint position to avoid injury using breathing techniques to deepen each pose.

SENIORS

Silver Sneakers: A low-impact, low-intensity workout using a chair for stability to increase spatial awareness, balance. strength, and mobility using light dumbbells, bands, and other low-impact equipment.
Senior Strength: A slightly higher impact and intensity class designed to focus on functional movement maintenance using a variety of equipment on our track like TRX straps, boxes, bands, and sleds.
Silver Strong (C-Force): A total body workout with some stretching, lightweights and easy movement.
