In fact, we put your safety first. Your trainer will do a thorough assessment of your fitness readiness, exercise history and experience — and what you want to achieve with your health and fitness.
From there, your trainer will create a customized exercise program just for you and your unique goals and needs.
At every visit, your trainer will carefully observe your capabilities, muscle strength and weakness, range of motion and pay special attention to the safety of each and every movement during your workout.
