Not everyone needs 1-on-1 training and not everyone feels comfortable in a bigger group. For those who fall in-between, we offer group training. In an intimate group of just a few people, you’ll get group instruction with plenty of individual attention.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Sessions are limited to 4 participants per coach, which allows our coaches to focus on each participant’s proper form and technique through strength movements.
In these sessions, you will train using the same methods as our coaches, pushing your limits to achieve greater strength and improve your movement and endurance over time. You’ll experience a comprehensive approach to fitness that challenges you to become the best version of yourself.

Abby Helm2024-05-24 As a college student, the only thing I didn't like about coming home for the summer was leaving a state-of-the-art campus gym. Since starting a summer membership at Form & Fitness, however, I have been blown away by the staff's support and helpfulness (especially trainers Aneka, Mike, & Jeremiah). Coming from a gym attended by tens of thousands of students, I appreciate how close-knit and judgement-free the F&F community is, as this definitely eases my gym anxiety. Personally, walking into the gym every day and seeing the same people there gives me a sense of much-needed comfort when physically pushing myself outside of my comfort zones. From a more materialistic standpoint, the bathrooms, locker rooms, and equipment are always clean. I've always been able to find an open squat rack, bench, cable, etc. I couldn't recommend this gym enough (currently in the process of convincing my brother to come here!). Form and Fitness has 24/7 access, plenty of equipment and machines, offers free classes, has a new sauna, and an incredinle staff. One of my favorite things is having a delicious post-workout smoothie at the bar. Mike L. makes the best smoothies in town and is the absolute best to chat with!
